Services

DeepPro provides air conditioning maintenance, chemical cleaning, installation, scheduled maintenance plans and repair services in the Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley area. All services are subject to availability and may be amended or discontinued without prior notice.

Quotations and Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are indicative starting rates. Final pricing is provided after assessment of the specific requirements, number of units, accessibility and site conditions. A confirmed quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by providing at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the diagnostic charge for the booked service.

Warranties

Replacement parts installed by DeepPro carry the original manufacturer warranty. In addition, we offer a 30-day workmanship guarantee on all repairs. This guarantee covers the same fault recurring within 30 days of the completed repair and does not extend to new or unrelated issues.

Limitation of Liability

DeepPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that particular service.
