Return and Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all air conditioning services provided by DeepPro Solutions PLT, including general maintenance, chemical cleaning, installation, maintenance plans and repair work.

Service Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will arrange a follow-up visit at no additional charge to inspect the issue and rectify any shortcomings covered under our workmanship guarantee.

Workmanship Guarantee

All repair work is covered by a 30-day workmanship guarantee from the date of completion. If the same fault recurs within this period, we will return and resolve it free of charge. This guarantee does not cover new faults, damage caused by external factors (power surges, water damage, tampering) or issues unrelated to the original repair.

Refunds for Cancelled Appointments

If you cancel a scheduled appointment with at least 24 hours notice, no charge will be applied. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to RM 50. This fee will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds for Prepaid Services

If you have prepaid for a maintenance plan or multi-visit package, unused visits may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus any discount that was applied to the package rate. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Parts and Equipment

Replacement parts installed during a repair are covered by the original manufacturer warranty. DeepPro does not offer refunds on parts that have been installed and are functioning as intended. Defective parts will be replaced under the manufacturer warranty at no cost to the client.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect or unauthorised modification after service completion.
  • Issues arising from pre-existing conditions that were disclosed and acknowledged before the service.
  • Cosmetic concerns that do not affect the operational performance of the unit.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or discuss a service concern, email us at [email protected] with your name, service date and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days and resolve all claims within 14 days.
