For residential units used daily, we recommend servicing every three to four months. Commercial units or systems running around the clock benefit from monthly or bi-monthly checks. Regular maintenance prevents costly breakdowns and keeps energy bills low.
A general service covers filter cleaning, blower inspection and basic diagnostics. A chemical wash goes deeper: the cooling coil is dismantled and soaked in a specialised solution to remove hardened grime, mould and bacteria that a standard service cannot reach.
Yes. Our technicians are trained to service Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, York, Carrier, Samsung, LG, Acson, Midea and most other brands available in Malaysia, including both wall-mounted and cassette types.
All replacement parts carry the original manufacturer warranty. Additionally, we provide a 30-day workmanship guarantee on every repair. If the same issue recurs within that period, we will fix it at no extra charge.
We are open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday mornings from 9 AM to 1 PM. Saturday slots fill up quickly, so we recommend booking at least a few days in advance for weekend availability.
A general service for a single unit takes around 30 to 45 minutes. Chemical cleaning may take one to two hours per unit depending on the buildup. Installations vary based on the system type and site conditions, typically between two and four hours.
